New Features and Improvements

1. Source Links in Text Cards for InstaStack Answers

  • Administrators can now choose to display source links directly in text cards when using InstaStack responses.
  • How to use:
    • In the Text Card settings, check the new “Show Source” option to display the source link below the text.
    • Add buttons to the text card to further enhance the response with actionable options.

  • Provides a clean, customizable way to include source links with other interactive elements like buttons.
  • Ensures consistent user experience across InstaStack answers and custom responses.

2. Image-Based Answer Selection for Enhanced Accessibility

    • When setting up multiple-choice questions in your chatbot, include images alongside answer options.
    • The reactive selection box will now expand to cover the clickable image, making it intuitive for users to choose their answers.

This feature is particularly beneficial for educational chatbots, such as those used by Rising Star, where young learners or users with reading challenges can benefit from image-based interactivity.

3. Streamlined InstaStack Card with Button Support

  • The InstaStack card now supports buttons directly below its response text.
  • How to use:
    • Add buttons directly to the InstaStack card to guide users toward specific actions (e.g., navigating to a new page, downloading a file).
    • Buttons on InstaStack cards replicate the functionality and design of buttons on text cards for consistency.

Benefits:

  • Eliminates the need to use a separate text card for adding buttons.
  • Simplifies bot flows by reducing redundancy and keeping actions centralized.

Note: Care has been taken to minimize clutter on InstaStack cards while maintaining functionality.

Bug Fixes

Known Issues
