  • Enhanced Time Tracking for Chats: Introduce temporal functions to track the start and end times of chats accurately, which can be utilized within the Set Attribute card.
    • How to Use: Implement the dateTime function in your chat setups to log precise time stamps, as described in our updated documentation on Notion.
  • Accurate Chatbot Success Rate Metric: Introduce a new metric that distinguishes between responses delivered through the 'no match' block and other interactions, providing a clearer picture of chatbot performance.
