This January, we're excited to introduce a series of enhancements and new features designed to streamline your experience with Botco.ai, improve your chatbot's functionality, and provide you with deeper insights into your chatbot's performance. From the addition of a full-page chatbot design to the introduction of the AI Playground, this update is focused on empowering healthcare organizations to offer more personalized and efficient patient care.
New Features
- AI Playground: A pre-deployment testing environment for InstaStack, allowing you to experiment and test chatbot interactions before going live. This feature is designed to enhance the accuracy and reliability of your chatbot services.
- How to Use: Access the AI Playground through the Botco.ai web app under the "InstaStack Data" section.
- Full Page Chatbot Design + Script: Customize your chatbot with a new full-page design option, complete with scripting capabilities for a more engaging user interface.
- How to Use: Add the custom parameter from our list in the help center.
- Allow Continuation of Session from SMS: Seamlessly continue patient interactions across platforms by enabling session continuation from SMS to chatbot.
Improvements
- Ability to Clear All Inputs from Blocks: Streamline your workflow by clearing all inputs from specific blocks with a single action, enhancing the ease of content updates and modifications.
- Timezone Change in Dashboard: Customize your dashboard settings to reflect your local timezone, ensuring that all timestamps and schedules align with your operational hours.
- Traffic Source Table - Maintain UTMs from Page Referrer in Metrics: Gain deeper insights into your traffic sources with enhanced UTM parameter tracking, allowing for more precise analytics and optimization.
- Supporting Custom Chatbot Dimensions: Tailor your chatbot's appearance with custom dimensions, providing a more integrated and cohesive user experience on your website or app.
