- How to Use: This new feature can be accessed directly on the dashboard, simplifying the management of different attributes and statuses.
- Enhanced SMS Validation UI: Clarify and enhance the user interface for SMS validations to prevent misunderstandings and streamline operations.
- How to Use: The improved UI elements are automatically applied to the SMS validation card, making the process more intuitive.
- SetAI Integration for Attributes: Automate the extraction of specific data from chat inputs using our new SetAI feature, which processes input and sets it as a designated attribute.
- How to Use: In the chatbot authoring tool, use the SetAI card to define prompts that instruct the AI to extract and return data as JSON attributes.
Improvements
- Improved Transcript Readability: Adjustments to the transcript format to enhance clarity and readability in communication logs.
- Details: Chatbot and user messages in transcripts are now more distinguishable through formatting enhancements such as spacing and text styling.
