We're introducing crucial features like improved referral page tracking, a new SMS broadcast capability, and personalization options for your dashboard. These updates are designed to empower our users, streamline processes, and ensure that Botco.ai continues to lead with innovative solutions in healthcare communication.

New Features

  • Refined Referral Page Tracking: Capture more accurate attribution data with our new referral tracking attributes, which distinguish between first-time visits and returning sessions.
    • How to Use: _referral_page updates with each session, while _original_referral_page captures the initial referral source and remains unchanged for returning visitors.
  • SMS Broadcast Capability: Gain independence in sending out SMS communications with our new broadcast feature, allowing you to manage survey deployments without bottlenecks.
    • How to Use: Use the new broadcast tab to upload a list, compose your message, and send it immediately or schedule it as needed. Instructions for CSV formatting are provided to ensure optimal setup.
  • InstaStack Crawler (Beta): Enhance your chatbot’s understanding and indexing of your content with the introduction of the InstaStack crawler in beta.
    • How to Use: Enable the crawler from the InstaStack settings to start indexing your site content for improved chatbot responses.

Improvements

  • Dashboard Personalization: Customize which metrics appear on your dashboard to enhance performance and relevance of the displayed data.
    • Details: Use the new “hide” feature to remove non-essential metrics permanently, simplifying your dashboard view.
  • Co-Pilot Chat Widget (Beta): Test the new AI-driven Co-Pilot widget designed to increase user engagement through an intuitive and interactive chat interface.
    • Details: The widget appears at the bottom of the screen and expands on interaction, with customizable calls to action and question prompts based on user settings.
