You can now implement InstaStack using a dedicated card so no need to configure a generic API card.

Ability to ignore inputs in training

We’ve now made it 10x easier to set up InstaStack, our GenAI Chat Cloud product while also making the end user experience seamless.

Custom attribute logic

You can now add custom logic in attribute card values to make calculations right within the app. This will require assistance from our Customer Success team.

We’ve added new system attributes to each user session which allows for more personalization and richer data profiles.

The system attributes include:

  • Browser
  • Language
  • Device type
  • Page referrer
  • Operating system
  • Date and time of first engagement
