3 New Features
3.1 Botco Live
Attribute Location added to conversation title. Agents can select their location while creating conversations. Each agent handles a specific location’s chats so it would be useful to them to quickly identify them without having to click through to see the attributes.
3.2 Authoring Wizard
Each block now shows an Input block.
The agent will perform the following activities:
- Add input by clicking on
- Delete input by clicking on
- Search, add and save inputs by clicking on Show More
3.3 Rename Form Submit
Form Submit is now renamed to Data Submit.

3.4 FAQs Removed
Previously, users had the option to add FAQs.
Now FAQs have been removed. They can be managed from within the blocks by simply adding inputs.
3.5 Contacts Page
A contacts page will give our customers the visibility they need on the conversations whether successful or not for all conversations. Looking at the user detail page for qualified leads you can see user attributes, you can also see why a lead ‘failed’, which attribute was not filled, which are the ‘sessions’ that didn't hit a form submit, etc.
You can also filter based on platform, deployment, data submit and date to collect more specific data.
To view more details, the user will click on the specific record.
To view the transcripts, the user will click on the transcript.
3.6 New Card Selector
The design of the New Card Selector has been revamped.
