We are releasing our new dashboard with improved high-level metrics that matter most to our clients. This means that you can view every single metric that matters in one place, our dashboard.
UI Improvements on the dashboard
You can now benefit from a few new UI improvements that include a new filter to allow attribute filtering, showing dots for single-day range metrics, and better-looking dropdowns.
Form Submit card sends integrations - per customer basis
You can now set up your own email lead forwarding using our Form Submit card. When you select the Form Submit card make sure to give it a unique name. This is critical because when it comes time to configure the Form Submit card in the Launch page, you want to be able to tell the difference between Form Submit cards.
Botcolive Attributes passed from AI chatbot
BotcoLive customers can now take advantage of a more connected experience between our AI and live chat products by seeing the attributes collected by the chatbot in the BotcoLive app. This means that the agents can address the customer by name, reach out via email or view any of the other meaningful attributes collected such as lead warmth or if they’re verified and much more.

Conversation ID added to the dashboard
Conversation IDs have been added to the conversations in the transcript. This is part of a bigger plan to let our customers quickly find contacts and leads and match them to their respective conversation.
