New Features
Remember My Session
Chat users can now navigate from page to page without losing their chat session history. They can return to the client’s website days later and keep the conversation going.
System will store a session ID on local Storage or Cookie and then history of conversation will be restored when the same person returns.
Inputs moved on top of the Block
Inputs are now visible above the block name in the authoring to give users more visibility on input entry points. UI have been improved.
User can easily search inputs by clicking on Show more. User can add multiple Inputs by clicking on + icon.
No duplicated inputs can be inserted, System will prompt an error.
US Phone Number Validation API
We have a way of qualifying users based on phone number to make sure we filter out non-US phone numbers. This can be done by adding API details.

Waitwhile Integration
With the new Waitwhile integration, we can show chat users what the waiting times for each location before they book.
For Waitwhile API integration, API keys can be created from the Integrations Settings page of the Waitwhile UI, or using the API itself (after creating at least one API Key within the UI). All API requests must be made over HTTPS. Calls made over plain HTTP will fail. API requests without authentication will also fail.
User can also book their next appointment right from the chat window.
Zoho Desk Integration
We can now send leads directly into Zoho Desk (Zoho’s CRM) by building an integration from integration service customer-integrations that will respond to the form submit card and take the mappings defined in the deployment screens and push those to Zoho Desk webhook.
