New Integrations

We’ve successfully integrated with KIPU and Google Sheets. Customers can now send or receive data to and from either system using Data Submit cards.

Data Submit Card Deployment

Users can now configure Data Submit cards that require data to be sent via Email or CRM.

Send Data via CRM

User will access the Launch page and click on Relaunch > scroll down to Integration and click on Data Submit Mapping > user will click on his data submit card and select CRM from the Destination field.

On selecting CRM, click on Save. Now data will be sent via CRM.

Send Data via Email

User will access the Launch page and click on Relaunch > scroll down to Integration and click on Data Submit Mapping > user will click on his data submit card and select Email from the Destination field.

Users can write the email address, subject, email body, enter attributes, copy user details and deploy in the app.

Clear Chat and Restart Chat

With the new release of the Remember Me feature on the web chat client, users may need to restart or clear the conversation with the bot. We’ve enabled that with a button on the web chat client. This also adds a layer of security for the users that may want to hide their chat history from other same device users. User will click on three dots and a menu will appear to Restart Chat or Clear Chat.

Restart Chat – Fires the Welcome Messages.

Clear Chat – Deletes chat history and fire the Welcome Message.

Close – Close the chat window.

Email Status in Contacts Page

This new feature allows our customers to see if the Email Data Submit lead was successfully sent or not.

User will select Chatbot and access the Contacts page. Here, the GREEN dot indicates success and a RED dot indicates failure.

To view more details, user will click on any record and its respective interface will appear. Users can view attributes, status code, response data, and request data. Moreover, users can download CSV for any specific record.

Log Every User Login (SOC2)

To comply with SOC2 requirements, we now keep track of every user login in our app. Our app stores customer data in the cloud. SOC 2 compliance audits provide a competitive edge by giving our customers confidence that we take the necessary steps to ensure the security of customers’ sensitive data.
