Ability to have a “night” chatbot and a “day” chatbot
You might want to have completely different responses and behaviors during office hours versus at night. As part of the setup script, you can pass attributes to determine which chatbot you want at particular times.
Form Submit Card
This card allows the customers to control when attributes for a user are sent leading to more control. Customers can also have multiple Form Submit cards based on different criteria, and sent to different CRMs or email or with different attributes requirements.
Non English Chatbots
You can now have a chatbot in a language other than English. From different pages, you can open a Spanish chatbot or from a different page, have an English one. You can also have the user click on a different button for each language.
