Re-ordering buttons in text card

Today, you can change the order of buttons on text cards by dragging and dropping existing buttons.

We are in the process of making many small improvements to the Form building experience. The first few updates being:

• Forms are now part of groups which means you can organize your flows in groups like before but you can also group Form blocks. ATTENTION: The old forms will be under a group called Forms but you can’t add any forms there because we want users to get in the habit of making forms part of groups for future flows.
• When creating a block, you can now pick between Block or Form.
• Forms blocks are now pink and blocks are blue so you can easily differentiate them.

Page URL is now saved by default as a system attribute (_Page_URL)

This was a popular customer request that is very useful because now we can know which web page the user first interacted with the chatbot. We can package that data part of our Data Submits and share it with customer emails or CRMs.

To add this attribute to your integrations, just add _page_url to your Data Submit configurations.

Contacts page link is now saved as a system attribute

No more sending PHI data over email! From now on, PHI data will remain secure in our app and customers will get a unique link to the lead’s contact page in our app. We just need to make sure the customers that need access to this data have credentials to log in.

To add this contact page link, just add _contact_link to the Data Submit card configuration for your email setups.

Forms completed, Leads, and Forms completed per engaged session metrics all removed from dashboard

We’ve removed all the “old” high level metrics in the dashboard to avoid any confusion now that all customers have successfully transferred over to Data Submit cards.
