1.1 Contacts page (stage.botco.ai only)
A list of contacts for every person who has interacted with the chatbot including the scope of the conversation, especially in regards to whether they reached a form submit point and where that data was sent.
If the chatbot provided an attribute of first_name and last_name that will be displayed in the Name column. If the chatbot provided an attribute of email that will be displayed in the Email column.
The feature that is coming soon, will allow you to click on the names to dig into the details of the conversation as well as to which integration (if any) data was sent.
1.2 Consistent naming of “attributes”
Going forward, we will refer to Fields, Field Name, or similar as Attributes everywhere. This was previously inconsistent in some places.
Change Field Name (Database reference) to Attribute in Forms
1.3 Transcripts passed to integrations
The full text of a transcript with a user can now be passed to integration as an attribute field. The receiving field needs to be long enough to support this or the integration push will fail.
