Once your Botco.ai chatbot project is set up, the next pivotal step is to ensure it's well-informed to handle questions effectively. To do this, you can enrich the chatbot's knowledge by uploading key resources to the InstaStack Knowledge Base.

Uploading Data to InstaStack After your chatbot is created, head over to the InstaStack section. Click on 'Add Data' located at the top right. Here, you can upload numerous PDFs, URLs, or Text files that your chatbot will utilize to answer inquiries.

Botco.ai's chatbot harnesses the uploaded documents to provide informed responses. The volume and relevance of the documents you provide will directly enhance the quality of the chatbot's answers.

Note: Keep in mind that each upload has a limit of 10mb.

Previewing Your Chatbot's Knowledge With some documents now part of your chatbot's repertoire, select 'AI Playground' on the left tab of your workspace. This feature enables you to pose questions to the Knowledge Base and observe the responses generated. By clicking on the sources, you can verify the origin of each answer.

If the responses meet your expectations and are accurate, you can proceed to the subsequent steps.
