What is the Contacts tab?

A contact’s page displays all the information of the conversation with the following details:

Date
Customer ID
Data Submit
Name
Email
Status

Step 1: To open the contact page, you will click on the Contacts icon from the side menu bar.

Step 2: This feature allows our customers to see whether the Email Data Submit lead was successfully sent. the GREEN dot indicates success and the RED dot indicates failure.

Step 3: To view more details, you will click on any record and its respective interface will appear.

Users can view attributes, values, status codes, response data, and request data.
