Once you've mapped out your ideal user journey, it is officially time to start building. This is a fun part!
This is where you bring your workflows to life for your customers. We've gone over the definitions of each card you see on the left hand-side (Text, Image, Quick Reply, etc...). If you haven't read the conversational AI glossary, please go read it first and come back. It will make everything clearer.
Alright, in the app you have two key components:
- Cards: located on the left-hand side and they're there to display the content.
- Blocks: located on the right-hand side they're like little containers where the cards live.
LEFT IT HERE.....
Users’ can add, edit a welcome message in the block. A Block is a visual representation of an Intent. Blocks are an essential part of how we structure a conversation, and like their name, they are the building blocks and foundation of a successful Bot dialogue. Blocks are made of one or more cards that enhance the functionality and features of your Conversation. After adding a block, you can choose from the available cards in the Card Menu on the left-hand side of the Script GUI. When you create a new conversation, it already has the Welcome Message block set-up. You may begin by clicking in the text card for the Welcome Message to edit the content.
Users’ can also add a button on the welcome message block by clicking on the Add Button. Upon clicking on Add Button, a pop-up message will appear as shown below.
